The Directors 

PhillipPhillip Bartlett – Phillip has over 20 years of Organisational Consulting in Australia and Internationally. He is a Principal and MD of Response Consulting Australia. Following early industrial exposure in the coal industry in Australia, Phillip has managed and participated in consulting projects on all aspects of Organisational Improvement.

Peter Sharp – Peter has a wealth of experience as an organisational development consultant. His clients are diverse in size and structure. His strength is his rapport with all the people he advises, trains and coaches.

Andrew Andrew Moore –  Andrew’s interests lie in facilitating the development of organisations and the people who lead them.  He has applied highly developed facilitation, coaching and developmental skills across numerous industries, including mining, meat processing, logistics and energy.  Andrew has an engaging style and builds rapport at all levels of organisations.

ScottScott Robinson –  Scott has worked in meat processing for 21 years. His main focus of training is entry level through to middle management in meat processing.  Scott is largely hands on, and with expertise in meat inspection, slaughtering, animal welfare, stock handling & stunning, HACCP, quality assurance, rendering, lean manufacturing and knife sharpening.

WendyWendy Hall – Wendy’s key role is managing projects & client relationships during programs development & delivery. She works with clients to design organisational development strategies to close business gaps or develop the organisation through change. Wendy facilitates & consults on engagement strategies, people development, safety & leadership programs.

SteveSteve Sharp – As General Manager of Response Consulting Australia, Steve is responsible for the overall performance of the business and reports directly to the Board.

Meet the Team

Angie KAngie Kapene – Angie is a Meat Processing Technical Specialist. She delivers Certificates II and III in Meat Processing. Angie is a qualified meat inspector and QA officer, with experience in both Australian and New Zealand meat processing plants.

Angie1Angie Ryan – Angie’s role as our Admin Assistant is to help all of us in delivering our services.   Angie is experienced in reception and office administration. She loves  building a good rapport with people both over the phone and face to face. She is often the voice on the phone when you call us.

CarolynCarolyn Claridge – Carolyn has a key role as RTO manager for Response Learning, the RTO for Response Consulting Australia. Her extensive experience in training and business environments; with project management, business planning & improvement, quality assurance, lead auditing & commercial law allows her to expertly guide Response Learning and their clients.

IdoyaChristina Gilbert – Christina is a highly skilled relational facilitator designing and implementing highly interactive and solution-focussed training. Christina uses the latest skills in project management, personal development, learning technology, team building, change management, training and facilitation, conflict resolution & neurolinguistic programming.

Deb1Deb Bell – Deb resides in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a certified trainer and assessor, MBTI facilitator and coach, she presents workshops and assesses participants within the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She assists individuals and groups, to build strong personal and professional relationships by focusing on interpersonal skills and personality styles and traits.

GregGreg Greenshields Greg is a Meat Processing Technical Specialist. He is extremely skilled in production management, supervision, slaughtering and Boning (including hot boning). Greg is also a qualified butcher and has returned to the industry after a five year stint as owner/operator publican. He has been working for Response for two years in training management.

JimmyJames (Jimmy) Taylor Meat Processing Technical Specialist. Jimmy has his own slaughtering/butchery business in addition to working for Response Learning.  He has worked in the industry for 22 years as a boner and has been employed for the past 10 years as a lead boner to train personnel. He holds Boning, Animal Welfare and Food Safety Auditing qualifications.

Jodie1Jodie Hummerston – Jodie works closely with clients to identify the core language, literacy & numeracy issues in the workplace and provide solutions. Jodie works across organisations to develop high level solutions to literacy or language issues down to teaching language, literacy and numeracy to employees. She supports our trainers to identify and address LLN skills gaps in our trainees.

KateKate Christensen – Kate Christensen has worked in training in the meat industry for ten years. She coordinates training and assessment delivery with our meat industry clients.

KathKath Hemphill – Kath is our Admin Assistant in the Response Learning Mulwala office. Kath’s background is in banking and hospitality. Her experience enables her to assist in all aspects of customer service. Her role is to help all of us in delivering our services.

LisaLisa Mulvihill – Lisa comes to Response with years of experience in Business, Hospitality and Tourism having worked in the Whitsundays for over 10 years with some of the finest Tourism operators the Whitsundays has to offer. Her unique and passionate style whether it be administrating projects or facilitating with her clients has exceptional outcomes.

His early career saw him working in slaughtering, and then later in boning. On the production side, he is experienced with many facets of lamb/mutton production. He has been training meat processing workers for ten years.

Neil

Neil Watson – Neil has a wealth of experience in meat processing, having held a range of processing and plant management positions for close to 20 years.  He specialises in process improvement and adds huge value to companies looking for increased productivity and reduction in waste. Neil travels throughout Australia training and assessing.

Peter has 30 years experience in operational management, business management and executive management for food processing companies. He provides consultancy and training services.

RyanRyan CowleyMeat Processing Technical Specialist. Ryan is our on site trainer. He has spent 10 years in the meat industry and has advanced through most areas, gaining as much skill and knowledge as possible. He is an experienced boner (Hot and Cold), slaughterer, Meat Inspector and supervisor.

Sarah 1Sarah Pearse – Sarah uses an evidence-based practice model to design & implement strategies to improve performance, increase productivity & lead to wider engagement in the workforce. Sarah has experience in a broad range of industries: agribusiness, mining, health, education, heavy haulage and tourism. Sarah has completed a Masters in Organisational Psychology.

She has worked in the meat processing industry for seven years and has experience across a range of job roles and departments, including slaughter floor, offal room, tripe room, intestine room and boning room. Sonia is a passionate trainer.

TomTom Collyer – Tom is the lead facilitator for all AQIS authorised officer training for Response.  His extensive knowledge of meat processing and meat inspection is evident from his positions as Senior Supervising Meat Inspector of six separate export meat processing plants and various non-slaughtering plants.
