Having begun her career in marketing and promotions of international motivational speakers into
Australia, Idoya's background is primarily in training and development. Idoya's project
management role involved sales and marketing, recruitment and selection, training, and
coordination of teams, office staff and program staff along with mentoring arrangements for
trainees. Idoya has 15 years experience in delivering tailored development programs including
Frontline Management Diploma programs.
