Experience
Kaye invests a great deal of energy in her work. She is dedicated to the task of assisting individuals
to achieve their personal development and business objectives. This in turn has a significant impact
on productivity as people move towards being responsible and accountable for themselves.
Kaye has worked extensively in both line and functional management including branch and department management, marketing, and product management. She has 18 years experience in change and quality management in a variety of environments such as production line processing areas, retail and customer service outlets, and business areas such as marketing, customer dispute resolution, insurance and telemarketing.
In one of her most significant positions, Kaye played a major role in a merger of two significant financial institutions, analysing processes and recommending best practice processes for the new entity.
For the past seven years, in her own business, Kaye's primary focus has been assisting individuals to optimise their potential and meet the challenges of constantly changing work environments through different forms of coaching, whether it be one on one, in teams or in a counselling or mediation context. She teaches practical applications for management principles, integrated business planning, budgeting and reporting processes.
Kaye has worked as a crisis counsellor for a major community service organization and has been a consultant and coach for various organisations in both public and private sectors. Her clients span a wide range of industries including health, education, mining, transport, construction, food production and technology.
