Experience
One of the founding partners of Response Australia, Phillip's background prior to consulting was in the
coal mining industry. He was involved in the start up of a major Queensland mine, working in both the open
cut and underground situations.
Phillip also spent time as a careers counsellor and in organising developmental activities for school and university students.
Since moving into business consulting over 20 years ago, Phillip has managed projects across all aspects of organisational improvement from strategic analysis and review to direct workplace improvement. Operating in a range of industries in Australia, the United States and New Zealand, he has broad ranging and international experience in the development and implementation of organisational change and process improvement strategies.
