Shane has been consulting to major companies within Australia for 20 years. His
work focuses on helping leaders to create and sustain business improvement, by
engaging the capability of their employees, through the use of appropriate
workplace systems, leadership and culture.
He provides strategic and operational advice around
- Ensuring workplace systems, leadership and culture support the achievement of business goals
- Developing workplace arrangements to provide the flexibility and opportunity for business improvement and performance
- Understanding the perceptions and beliefs that employees have about their work, the leadership and the business, constructive or counter-productive
