Experience
Wendy manages Response Australia’s Registered Training Organisation, Response
Learning. Her background spans several industries and skill areas including business, human resources
sport and recreation and OH&S. Wendy also acts as a Response consultant to deliver services such as
graduate systems, assessment systems and delivery, design and delivery of corporate competency based
programs, and change management.
Wendy firmly believes in remaining current with her knowledge and skills and has just completed post graduate Organisational Psychology at University of Queensland.
During her time with Response, Wendy has developed numerous new competency based training materials for the company’s training courses, honing their effectiveness and relevance to participant’s real world experience. Her quality assurance role with Response Learning ensures all clients receive focussed and relevant training and assessment.
