Now that the three modules of the Queensland Health Corporate Outcomes Program have been completed, I would like to place on record my appreciation for the very professional and outcome orientated work which you and your staff have done.
As you will recall, a number of the 75 senior executives who participated in the program commenced with a cynical and negative attitude about the likelihood of its success. Although there was very strong agreement about the need to change the culture within Queensland Health, many thought that it couldn't be done.
It has been done within the senior executive group as demonstrated in many ways including the way in which they now interact and by the results achieved by Queensland Health this financial year.
In my opinion, it has been an outstandingly successful program. Thank you.
