They develop the strategies and tools to lead, develop and manage WHS systems and culture; develop QA systems; manage projects; assess financial concepts; and manage and improve plant operations. This program is intensive and demands a lot from the individual, be prepared to apply your learning.
AMP60115 Advanced Diploma of Meat Processing – This qualification provides high level managers with the skill and knowledge to understand and change leadership and management processes and systems within the meat processing context. It is aimed at leaders who are accountable for the productivity of their workplace. Graduates of this program will be able to lead their whole organisation effectively: set strategic plans; benchmark their plant against other businesses; analyse and develop systems across the whole organisation; and assess legal compliance across a range of contexts. This program is not for the faint hearted but well worth the hard work.
AMP70115 Graduate Certificate in Agribusiness – This high level qualification is designed to stretch those in positions of change within agribusiness industries. It is designed for senior leaders who are accountable for their business as it requires commitment to making changes in their workplace through research and application at a high level. Skills and knowledge will be developed in: building relationships between teams in a manufacturing environment; providing strategic leadership; preparing for and implementing change; and commercialising research and technology products/ideas.
